Fall in Middle Tennessee is gorgeous! The weather is perfect! Football tailgates have begun. It really is one of my favorite seasons – next to Summer. 🙂 We got to enjoy an entire week for fall break. We camped near the Smoky Mountains and enjoyed the wonderful temperatures with friends and neighbors!
The housing market remained VERY strong throughout October this year as well! Sellers were still getting fantastic offers on their houses. Each year the sale of homes begins to tick down a little bit seasonally with the upcoming holidays and etc. There are fewer houses on the market then at it’s peak this summer, but the value of homes are still being appraised at a very high value.
I’ve been following up with clients of mine since they’ve moved in and have been getting settled in to their new homes over the past couple of months. Nothing makes me happier than a happy, satisfied client! I take it very personally once we begin the search for a new home for clients looking to purchase a new home. Or if I’m representing a seller, I am with them throughout the entire process and even afterwards as needed – in any capacity when asked. 🙂
Most mask mandates have lifted around the Greater Nashville Area – except for schools. Some schools are still mandating the use of masks daily for anyone inside the school walls – both teachers and students. Medical buildings still mandate masks as well. Some Universities in TN have been going back & forth as well depending on what the stats are regionally with Covid cases.
Hopefully you had a chance to get out and enjoy the fabulous fall temperatures and activities this season! If you haven’t gotten to yet, never fear, the temps here in Middle TN allow you to get out and about well into November and December sometimes! Don’t miss out on all that this beautiful state has to offer! And to those of you who may come to visit – you may want to move here! Many people continue to move to this beautiful state from all over the country and internationally as well!
