December – Wrapping Up The Year

Wrapped Up & Ready to Go

2021 has proven to be yet another one for the history books! With the ongoing Pandemic now having moved on to the Delta and Omicron variants, it has kept us all on our toes – just when we thought it was going to be safe to start traveling and visiting family for the holidays again… I think we have all learned that even with the best planning and cautiousness in everyday life – the unexpected can sometimes still take precedence in our lives and instantly change our plans!

We have all grown accustomed to the necessity of masks sometimes in schools, airplanes, etc… We just have to “wrap up our faces” like we do when wrapping up our Christmas presents! 🙂 We all have to do our part to keep this thing moving forward!

Even our Elf on the Shelf had to “Mask Up”

Hopefully this finds you all having enjoyed a wonderful holiday season! As a REALTOR®, I’ve been wrapping up things for the past month or so and looking forward to 2022! The holidays are so busy between Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve for most families, that they are not looking to buy or sell their homes during these seasons. This year has been an exception here in the Greater Nashville area though – some are trying to sneak in during the “off-season” to attain their forever homes without having to compete with quite as many multiple offers! I have enjoyed showing client’s properties all around Nashville! We have had unseasonably warm weather (for the most part) which has been wonderful for touring homes!

Nashville has become a place for your “Destination Vacation”. At the same time, many are swarming back to live here after having previously taken a “Destination Vacation” to Nashville – where they absolutely fell in love with our Vibe! There really is SOOOOO much to love about Nashville and the communities that surround this great city! Middle Tennessee itself can boast about having no state taxes, fantastic school systems, and the wonderful southern hospitality that we are all known for! All of which is absolutely true by the way! 🙂 I would definitely encourage you to come visit us, and you may also soon find yourself wanting to move to the Greater Nashville area soon yourself as well!

Happy New Year to you all! If you don’t have any plans for New Year’s Eve – come experience the “Note Drop” near the Parthenon in Nashville! (Or you can actually tune in to watch it LIVE on TV this year as well!) Onwards and Upwards to another new year as we Ring in 2022!
